Use cases
How do I share what Claude Code built with people who have no Claude or coding agent?
Publish the browser app with Claude Code to Ekaya Cloud, then give your teammates access and share its link. They sign in and open the application in a browser. They need no Claude, coding agent, or AI subscription, and the application remains available after your chat closes.
What to ask Claude Code
Example prompt, not a recorded run.
Use Ekaya to build a customer follow-up dashboard connected to our customer records, then publish it for the sales team. Show each person the work they can access and let them record their next step. Give me a link they can open without Claude Code.
What you get
- A Hosted Application teammates can use in a browser without a coding agent.
- An interface to your connected services and data for the people who use it.
- A shared application that stays available after the builder's chat closes.
How it works
Connect your harness to Ekaya once, then ask. Claude Code builds and publishes the application; Ekaya hosts it. See how to connect your harness.
What are the limits?
- Ekaya hosts browser applications. The browser runs the application's JavaScript; hosting is not a general-purpose server, a background job runner, or an agent runtime.
- Version rollback restores app files, not business data. Restoring an earlier application version does not undo changes the application made to records or connected services.
Questions
- Does each teammate need a Claude subscription?
- No. The builder uses their own coding agent to build and publish. Teammates sign in and use the Hosted Application in a browser; they need no Claude subscription, coding agent, or MCP client.
- Does sharing an app give everyone the same data access?
- No. An application acts as its signed-in viewer under that person's Role and permitted Requests. Permission to open the application grants no additional Requests. A Data Access Point is a process identity, never the viewer's identity.
- Who can open a newly published application?
- The first publication starts with Administrator-only access. Share the application with selected Roles or everyone in the Project, then give teammates its link. Each person's data access remains limited by their own Role and permitted Requests.
